PLEASE PROVIDE A MACHINE SYMPTOM WITH EACH BOARD SENT.  THIS WILL GREATLY AID IN TROUBLESHOOTING, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE AN INTERMITTENT ISSUE. 

A 15% DISCOUNT IS AVAILABLE TO WELDER REPAIR FACILITIES AND WELDING SUPPLIERS. DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS DISCOUNT.

PRICING SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Repair pricing may need adjusting depending on price of parts, etc. 

Customers will be notified if there is a change in their repair price.

Repair pricing does not include shipping or handling fees. 

Handling fees are stated in the Doing Business section of this website.

Pricing is flat-rate.  We do not test or evaluate p.c. boards prior to repair.

If we do not find a problem with your board, the regular repair charge still exists.  Our pricing includes parts, labor, and testing / troubleshooting time.

For this reason, we ask that you ALWAYS provide a machine symptom, especially if youexperience intermittent problems.  We recommend checking with the manufacturer or an authorized repair facility for troubleshooting expertise if you are unsure of a board problem prior to sending in boards.

There is no repair charge for any item(s) deemed "Not Repairable."

Customers may be responsible for return shipping on items not approved or items sent in without prior authorization that are not repairable.

If you have any scrap, repairable boards that are currently on our repair price list and are looking to get rid of them, give us a call with your assembly #'s and we will check our inventory.  If we can use them, a discount would be available on your next order.
